Q-PGScalOne™
Free online web server, dedicated to calculate Polygenic Risk Score (PGRS) of your 23andMe, Complete Genomics or any standard variant call format (VCF) data files. You can select specific traits/diseases based on your interest from a list to calculate PGRS over 4000 different PGS Catalog score files (Last update: 03/10/2024) derived through various GWAS studies.
The PGRS calculation is base on a Memory efficient Advanced Parallel Polygenic Risk Score Algorithm.
Online server is free to use for academic and commercial applications.

This resource also encompasses experimentally identified and predicted genes associated with antibiotic, antifungal, and antiviral resistance genes, along with annotations for specific mutations.
Available at no cost, this database serves academia, research institutions, and the healthcare sector, including hospitals and clinics. To streamline access, we provide a web-based API tool that facilitates the straightforward identification of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) strains, genes, and mutations in clinical samples. We invite you to contribute to improve the database's quality by submitting whole genome sequence data and genes with AMR mutations, along with relevant metadata.
